  • Precautions for using acrylic sheets:
    1. For temperature: Thin plates have softening properties when heated or heated above 100 degrees Celsius, so avoid using them in areas above 85 degrees Celsius;
    2. For cracking: Due to the surface hardness equivalent to aluminum, attention should be paid to surface protection during handling. If damage is encountered, the original beautiful surface can be restored by polishing with a yellow aluminum abrasive;
    3. For wiping: Due to the phenomenon of electrification caused by rubbing the surface with a dry cloth, if there is dust on the surface, it can be cleaned with a 1% concentration of soapy water and a soft cloth;
    4. For thermal expansion: The thermal expansion coefficient of acrylic plates is relatively large, and their expansion and contraction is about nine times that of metal materials. When installing or fixing, temperature changes should be taken into account, and sufficient gaps should be left for their expansion and contraction.
